Dhar Jankhar people hail MLA Spolia for Niabat 10/18/2014 11:59:40 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 18: After getting the status of Niabat, the people of Dhar Jankhar with Sarpanch Madan Lal, Naib Sarpanch Malu Ram, Chairman and other ward members today met MLA Jagdish Spolia to express their gratitude to congratulate him. The people while congratulating MLA Spolia said that it was his untiring efforts which brought Niabat for Dhar Jankhar.
