Farmer hangs self in his house 10/28/2014 11:13:21 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Oct 28: A farmer was found hanging at his house Village Dubigali in Pancheri Udhampur District. According to the police report Delbar Singh (43) son of Badree Nath of Dubigali Pancheri Udhampur District was found hanging at his house under mysterious circumstances. The police was informed by the family members and shifted the body to PHC Dubigali for Postmortem.
