Jammu, Oct 28: On the influence of District coordinator Kathua, Surender Singh, peoples belonging to different political parties today joined Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) before Trilok Singh Bajwa, Vice President of PDP and leader Ved Mahajn in a function organized here at party Headquarter, Gandhi Nagar.
Neeraj Sharma, social activists, Sandeep, Sachin Kapoor, Nitin Daboliya, Anita Devi were among hundreds of Congress and BJP who joined PDP.While welcoming them in the party fold Bajwa said that the present regime led by National Conference has failed on all fronts and it has given no heed to the problems of the general masses. He also said that the present Government has fail to hold Block and the District Level Chairmen of Panchyats and are subverting these institutions of the Panchyats for petty personal interests.
"People have understood the significance of a stable government, especially in a state like Jammu and Kashmir which is confronted with problems of varied nature", Bajwa said. |
