SSF submits memorandum to JU Registarar 10/28/2014 11:45:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 28 : A delegation of Students and Scholars Forum (SSF) today submitted a memorandum to the Registrar, Prof Manoj Kumar Dhar, regarding the problems being faced by the Research Scholars. In the memorandum, activists of SSF raised the issue of convocation saying that in the last convocation which held in the month of September this year the M. Phil. Degree holders have been neglected for the award of the degrees in the convocation. Similarly in the special convocation which is scheduled to be held on 14th November 2014, the M. Phil. Degree holders were also notified and neglected to get the degrees like the last convocation. They also raised the issue of undue delay in the declaration of the results of the Master Degree Prog-rammes run by the various departments of the University because of which the Students community is suffering since long. The other issue which they highlighted is the issue of providing Scholarship to all the Research Scholars presently studying in the various departments of the University. Further they also met with the Dean, Research Studies regarding the problems of the research scholars and submitted a memorandum there as well.
