DySP booked for outraging woman's modesty 1/2/2015 11:06:59 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 2: Pacca Danga police booked and arrested a Deputy Superintended of Police (DySP) posted in the Armed wing of Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) for allegedly outraging modesty of a woman residing in government quarters at Panjthirthi. Police sources said that a woman who is residing in Old Amar Singh Ahata quarters complained to police that a DySP Aftab Ahmed Sheikh of Surankote presently at Sidhra trespassed her residential quarter and tried to outrage her modesty. Police sources further said that the woman alleged that Aftab threatened her with his official weapon. Following the complaint, Pacca Danga police registered a case under FIR no.2/15 under sections 458, 354, 506 and 323 of RPC and 3/30 of Arms Act.
