JAMMU, Jan 2: Senior faculty of University of Jammu, Professor Yash Pal Sharma today took over as new Head of the Department of Botany. He took over the charge from his guide and experienced faculty, Prof Geeta Sumbali.
Belongs to village Seen Thakran in district Udhampur, Prof Yash has to his credit three Doctorate (PhD) and 10 Masters of Philosophy (MPhil) with 12 other students, at present, pursue research under his guidance.
Prof Yash was earlier assigned with the job of Co-Chairman of Campus Cultural Committee and Convener, Campus Beautification. |
