Panthak Morcha criticizes Congress for opposing CM from Jammu | | | Early Time Report
Jammu, Jan 2: Panthak Morcha Jammu and Kashmir on Friday criticized anti-Jammu communal approach adopted by the Congress party and other Kashmir based pseudo-secular leaders for opposing Chief Minister from Jammu region. Addressing the media persons, spokesman of Panthak Morcha, Gurucharan Singh said such leaders, who are opposing CM from Jammu, are trying to disrespect of people Jammu province. "Former CM of J&K, Ghulam Nabi Azad has backstabbed Jammu people by raking up the issue of formation of grand alliance on the basic of region and religion just to keep BJP out of the government formation in the state," he alleged. He also said, how is that if the chief minister candidate is from Jammu province will be 'communal' and from Kashmir 'secular'. These communal mined leaders have forgotten that jammu people have never raised any objection against the CM being sworn in from Kashmir valley and they always doing politics bases upon religion and region. He stated that they were not able to digest CM from Jammu especially from Hindu community. He further criticized congress party leader who ask for grand alliance meaning thereby that all Kashmiri based parties should join with congress party and from government thus ignoring aspirations of Jammu region which geographically and population of people from Jammu. He appealed the political leaders in Jammu and Kashmir to stop this so called religion and region based pseudo-secularism which has encouraged communal and regional divide in the state. |
