| DIET's orientation course for teachers concludes | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Jan 3: Six days long orientation course for different subjects under Central Sponsored Scheme (CSS) for Masters, Teachers and RET's of all the zones of Kishtwar District concluded today.
According to officials, during six days over 400 teachers were imparted training by resource persons of DIET Kishtwar.
Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohammad Javed Khan who was special invitee while addressing the trainee highlighted the importance of training and advised them to impart the same knowledge to their students' besides maintaining the discipline and punctuality in their duties. Suggesting the teaching community to teach the students in a modern way, he added that only better learning can bring a revolution in the society for which the teachers hold the key.
In charge Principal DIET Tariq Hussain Khawaja concluded the training program by thanking all the participants who made the training successful and purposeful.
On this occasion President Masters and Teachers Association Kishtwar Mehboob Qazi highlighted the various problems faced by the teaching community including nonpayment of salaries to ReTs and several other problems and sought early redressal. The program was organized under the supervision of Raiz Ahmed Butt. |
