Police, locals donate household items to poor labourer 1/4/2015 12:02:39 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 3 : In a goodwill gesture the In-charge Police Post Canal Road PSI Sandeep Charak with the help of locals distributed blankets, utensils, tarpaulins, to the labourer who had lost everything in fire during intervening night of December 31/January 1. Reports said that the distribution of household items was organized at Mohinder Nagar and the bulk of essential items and utensils were handed over to the labourer. An elderly person present on the occasion said that this noble gesture by the police will not only help repair our houses but also to put our life back on track.
