Jammu, Jan 3 : High Court Bar Association, Jammu has organized a function at High Court Jammu here today to give farewell to Chief Justice of J&K High Court, Justice M.M. Kumar on his retirement.
Justice Dheeraj Singh Thakur, Justice J. R. Kotwal, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat, President Bar Association Bhardwaj besides Judges of Jammu High Court as well as District Court graced the occasion. Acting Chief Justice designate Mohammad Yaqoob Mir expressed his rich experiences which he gained while working with Chief Justice M. M. Kumar.
While sharing his experiences with the Bar and Bench Chief Justice, M.M. Kumar gave a very inspiring speech. Ranjit Singh Jamwal, General Secretary of the Bar Association Jammu compared the proceeding while Vice President of the Association, Sindhu Sharma presented vote of thanks. Earlier, President Bar Association Jammu Mr. Bhardwaj welcomed all the dignitaries and highlighted the importance of the role of judiciary in the state. |
