Dr Bhagat appeal masses to make RS Pura bulb, polythene free 1/4/2015 12:22:17 AM Jammu, Jan 3 : Showing his dedication towards saving environment, Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) RS PURA Dr. Gagan Bhagat has requested citizens of RS Pura constituency to start using CFL (Compact fluorescent lamp) instead of electric bulb. He was addressing masses during a felicitation function at Ward number 12 RS Pura. While talking on ban on polythene, Dr Gagan explained various drawbacks of polythene. Dr. Gagan Bhagat also showed his attention towards basic fundamentals, which are required to uplift and betterment of R S Pura constituency.
