Jammu, Jan 7: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) today criticized that development without social justice was meaningless, baseless and senseless. According to press release, speakers expressed their expectation for early Govt. formation with this hope that the new dispensation shall put more emphasis on the social justice which is the backbone of Good Governance and also Development of any kind without social justice is meaningless; baseless and senseless. It is now the onus of the newly expected Govt. of PDP & BJP to solve the problems of the State OBCs who have suffered since the Apex Court's Judgment of 1992 on Mandal Report in the hands of N.C & Congress.
