Doda, Jan 7: Cleanliness drives under 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' marked the celebrations of Army day here at Jangalwar, Doda.
According to press release, a total of five Junior Commissioned Officers and 160 other ranks of the battalion and youth of the local area participated in the event.
The event was useful to inculcate the habits of keeping the surroundings clean and hygienic. Rashtriya Rifles has undertaken a unique mission of engaging the locals of Thatri tehsil by encouraging them to be the part of Swachh Bharat Campaign and has an extremely positive impact on the area. |
