| Many id's deleted, thousands ignored in NFSA | | FCS&CA Scams! | |

POONCH, Jan 23: Although government has claimed to provide fair ration supplies to the common masses through Nation Food Safety Act (NFSA) in state but reality is that the poor persons are ignored and denied all benefits under this scheme.
According to the sources many IDs have been deleted due to unknown reasons and no one among administrative officials is available to listen to the public problems. There are many ids which have been deleted and card holders are facing many problems.
A local of village Dhara namely Mohammad Akbar son of Manga having same matter said, his ration card's Id number 100000586 (allotted by department) has been deleted by FCS&CA department due to some unknown reasons and his ration has been stopped since long. He said, after issuing ration of some months, department has stopped ration too. "I have approached to Tehsil Supply Officer Mandi, Assistant Director Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department Poonch and Deputy Commissioner Poonch but no one is available to assure me by adding my name in the list."
He has requested to Governor Satya Pal Malik to take appropriate necessary action into the matter at earliest. |
