| Locals of Mendhar allege corruption in RDD | | | Early Times Report
MENDH,AR, Feb 10: Tall claims of fair and smooth running of government offices in Poonch seem to be mere eyewash. The schemes running under Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj becomes hub of corruption and no one spare from high commission system of Technical wing of this department. Everyone wants it's from below rank to higher rank whose signature required to get the bill passed even contractor or laborer who get work under different schemes of Government of UT run by Lt. Governor G. C. Murmmu.
Mohammad Hanief alleging that he get authority of work signed by the BDO Mendhar for construction of some work under Cluster Model Village Scheme of Gursai in 2018 of Tribal Sub Plan for upliftment of Gujjar and Bakerwal community but after completion of work get nothing from the BDO office Mendhar. The whole system of BDO office is high jacked by JS clerk namely Tariq Choudhary of Gursai who also residents of cluster Scheme accommodate mostly of his works and person who greased his palms with money. Most of Schemes of the Mendhar Block Development office in his control by the blessings of passing out high Official of Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj. |
