Early Times Report Jammu, June 22: Even as PDP-BJP alliance government is trying ride on the same pedestal for smooth governance, all is not well with the functioning in ministries, with most of the ministers for whom it is a maiden term, at a loss to understand their jobs and deliver effectively. Ministers of both PDP and BJP, majority of who are first timers in any government are taking too long for disposal of files within their ministries due to lack of proper knowledge and experience. They too chose to stay away from offices and often remain disconnected with the routine crowd converged in Secretariat. Sources said while almost all BJP ministers have been frequenting to Jammu every next day on official tours with one or the other pre text, PDP ministers for whom political expediency doesn't warrant such visits to Jammu, too are not making regular attendance in their offices in Srinagar Secretariat.
