Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 20: Team of health experts, rushed by the Union Government to control death rate and a surge in the Covid-19 positive cases, has reportedly expressed its anguish over the casual attitude being adopted by the health authorities in dealing with pandemic in Jammu province. Credible sources said that while reviewing steps taken by the health department to deal Covid-19 in Jammu province, the central team expressed that those at the helm of the affairs were playing with the lives of the people by adopting a non-serious approach. Centre has rushed a team of experts only after observing that the situation in Jammu district had gone out of control due to inhuman and casual approach of the health authorities. “While reviewing the function of dedicated Covid hospitals, the central team was surprised to see the facilities provided to the patients, who have been left at the mercy of the God”, sources said. As on date the recovery rate in Jammu & Kashmir is 64 percent.
