Agencies NEW DELHI, Sept 4: The Enforcement Directorate has arrested Ahsan Ahmad Mirza, the then treasurer of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA), in connection with alleged misappropriation of funds to the tune of Rs 43 crore. In the same case, the agency had recorded the statement of former State Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah at its Chandigarh office in July.
