| HC notice to CS, GAD Secy | | | Jammu, Aug 19 : In a petition filed by Varun Bedi and Parshant Sharma challenging the method of allocation of department for the post of Junior Scale Stenographers, high court judge Dhiraj Singh Thakur today issued notice to Chief Secretary, Commissioner/Secretary GAD, Chairman and Secretary JKSSB and others.
The notice is returnable within three weeks and in the meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date, the judge ordered that two posts of Junior Scale Stenographers in GAD shall be kept reserved till furthers.The court, however, made it clear that the entire process of allotment of departments to the candidates selected for the post of Junior Scale Stenographers and in particular, their allotment to the GAD shall remain subject to the outcome of this petition.(JNF) |
