Residents of Rathian hold protest against PHE 8/20/2014 11:13:16 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Aug 20 : Residents of Rathian held strong demonstration against Chief Engineer PHE Office Jammu for turning blind eye towards their woes. Protesting residents said that PHE department Chief Engineer Staff didn't given any attention towards the problem being faced by them regarding request for grant of funds for water supply scheme to Rathian area apart from recommendation by Public Health Engineer Minister Sham Lal Sharma. Protesters revealed that we are being neglected continuously since independence apart from the fact that we are living in new developing colony Rathian in the heart of the city and touching four way National Highway where there was not any source of water apart from unconstructed road which remain on papers where even water tanker is not reachable.
