Earlier, after JU women team lost badly to Delhi University Sports Council, Delhi 07-30 this afternoon, the men's team was trailing by 10-26 against MDU Rohtak when some non-playing students disrupted the game alleging outside players in the visiting side.

Witnessing the match along with other invitees, Director Sports and Physical Education, Prof Dhian Singh Bhau, intervened and assured the protesters of action under laid down rules. However, the match was stopped before the due time in view of a big lead earned by MDU Rohtak.
"We have lodged the protest by submitted Rs 3000 as a fee with the disciplinary committee and a decision with regard to our allegations of outside players in MDU Rohtak team shall be taken tomorrow at 10 am," manager of the JU team, Dr Dharminder Magotra said.
