JKNPP candidate files nomination papers from Mendhar 11/11/2014 12:04:44 AM Early Times Report MENDHAR, Nov 10 : JKNPP candidate Mohammad Tariq Khan today filed his nomination papers from Mendhar assembly constituency. He is the first candidate to have filed his nomination papers from the Mendhar constituency which goes to polls onDecember 2 next. November 14 is the last date for filing nomination papers from the constituency. Khan filed his nomination papers before SDM, Mendhar, Romesh Kumar, who is also returning officer for Mendhar. Meanwhile, unemployed youth of Mendhar held a meeting here today and decided to support PDP candidate.
