KC Public School lifts trophy in Annual Skit Competition | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 12: The students of KC Public School proved their impeccable dramatic skills by winning the first position in the Annual Skit Competition organised by Nirvana Academy. The event was held to celebrate the relevance of World Human rights Day. The students presented a street play based on the principle of dignity by following the clarion call of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan given by Narendra Modi. In the present scenario where the world is facing environmental threat, it is a very pertinent issue that clearly indicates that every human being has the right to live in clean surroundings and anyone who violates this basic human right needs to change the mind set to work for health and wellness of every individual. In India with its staggering population, cleanliness drive is one of the gravest issue and every citizen needs to strive to maintain an immaculate sense of cleanliness so that we have a better place to live in. The students who took part in the skit won great praise from the eminent judges from the field of theatre. They complimented the students for bringing out the theme very well with their expression, voice modulation and confidence. The skit interspersed with song and dances was its biggest highlight. The Principal, Amarendra Kumar Mishra congratulated the drama team comprising of Sanjali Suri, Anargaya Chib, Vaishali Grewal, Anant Rohmetra, Rajvansh Sharma, Hanumat Sharma, Ninaad Mahajan and Karan Jain for bringing laurels to school. |
