PDP candidate for Jammu (E) gives fillip to his 'door to door' campaign | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 12 : Senior leader of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate from Jammu East constituency, Bharat Chowdhary giving further fillip to his door to door campaign today visited core business areas of the Jammu City and visited Patel Bazar, Purani Mandi, Link Road, Jain Bazar, Pacca Danga etc. During his campaign he was given a rousing welcome at all these places especially by the youth of the area while prominent business persons of the area appreciated his gesture and accompanied him in his campaign. While visiting and interacting with the business persons various young people also met Bharat Chowdhary and expressed their dissaatisfaction with successive Congress governments. Traders and locals in these areas while interacting with the PDP candidate apprised him their resentment about the fact that by enhancing the retirement age of govt employees by 2 years they have taken away lot of job opportunities from youths. "Govt has even failed to create any stadium or sports facilities for the young, they alleged. PDP leader Bharat Chowdhary pledged to take up all these issues with the imminent PDP govt. and requested the voters to support his candidature and elect him as their representative for next six years. On this occasion prominent business person from a renowned family and educationist Rahul Jamwal expressing his faith in PDP joined the party and assured his all out efforts for the victory of Bharat Chowdhary. |
