Suman Bhagat, BR Kundal booked for defacement of Govt property 12/12/2014 11:47:33 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 12: Miran Sahib police today registered two separate FIRs against two contesting candidates of RS Pura constituency including Suman Bhagat of Indian National Congress Party and BR Kundal Independent candidate for defacing government property. In Miran Sahib area.
