| Modi ji should clear BJP stand on Article 370, CM from Jammu: Sham Sharma | | |  Early Times Report
Akhnoor, Dec 12: BJPs U-turn on all political issues directly effecting people of Jammu region in particular and State as whole has shattered popular trust which people reposed in Narendera Modi to vote him as Prime Minister, should clear his party stand on Article 370 and CM from Jammu, said Sham Lal Sharma, Senior Congress leader and Minister for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control, J&K addressing election meetings at Jamotian, Mawa Brahmana, Garh, Badgal, Nardai Nallah said PM owes explanation to Jammu people.
Reminding PM that BJPs back tracking worsely demoralized nationalist forces, he said it caused damages to Jammu sole bridge between Kashmir and India.
Launching his scathing attack on BJP whom he accused is pursuing the NC and Hurriyat Conference agendas, joined hands with Separatists for petty political gains, described as divided house has betrayed Jammu region while publicly admitted their soft attitude on Kashmir centric parties demand for revocation of AFSPA to appease pro Pakistan and their patronized militants outfits in valley to bargain votes for BJP candidates.
Sharma said if such media reports are true that while in his last public address in valley, Modi Ji failed to raise his loud slogan of Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Jai Hind, its most unfortunate exposed BJPs hidden and hijacked agendas of NC and Hurriyat Conference.
Alerted Jammu masses that such opportunistic politics and political gimmicks to exploit their sentiments have serious political repercussion. Sharma urged upon them to vote Congress to stand as Saviour of their interests, since in their manifesto Regional Development Councils and Reservations for IB residents would provide equitable share in developmental funds and government employment opportunities.
Sharma reiterated his 12 years period as turning point in ushering of new era of development and prosperity in Akhnoor Constituency has given open invitation to all those opponents campaign in this constituency to seek votes; to see themselves transformed constituency being served by their elected representative meaningfully and selflessnessly with vision. He disclosed, right thinking people and political activists who believes in developmental agenda and performances has started leaving anti Jammu BJP and NC to join Congress for his victory; are appealed to join his struggle for Model Akhnoor Constituency and Jammu Rights. Pranav Shagotra, PYC, Vice President addressing election meeting at Kot Garhi to seek vote for Sham Sharma has said,”Akhnoor people are very fortunate to have and elected twice Sharma as their MLA, who is bold hard working and whose performances truly an envies for other areas”. He said, State youths feel more secured and foresee better future with Congress than divisive and Communal party such as BJP and NC. |
