Jammu, Dec 12: Employees of Power Development Department under the banner of Provincial Power Employees Union (PPEU) today held a protest demonstration against the attachment of their three employees at Parade and decided to stop the revenue and bill distribution. The protest was held under the leadership of Shakti Gupta, Sanjeev Bali, Azaz Kazm, Deep Mehra, Subash Chander. Speaking on the occasion protestors said "No bill will be issued till the harassment of the employees is stopped as FA attached three employers Sub Division No II Shastri Nagar on Thursday" They said next gate meeting will be held at Division 2nd Gandi Nagar Jammu and next programme will be decided by the union. Those who spoke on the occasion included Subesh Chander, Deep Mehra Sunil Koch Ashok. |
