Son of Soil elected FORDA President 2/12/2015 11:50:13 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 12 : In a matter of pride, son of soil Balvinder Singh, son of Gandharv Singh, resident of Housing Colony Udhampur has been appointed as President of Federation of Resident Doctors Association Delhi (FORDA). Singh did his M.S in Orthopedics from Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu in the year 2011. Further, Singh is the first doctor from North India who has been elected as President FORDA as well as President of RDA Safdarjang hospital New Delhi.
