Rajouri, Feb 12: Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) in collaboration of Jamola Nehru Youth Club (JNYC) today organized two days district level Inter Youth Club Sports meet here at Mini Stadium.
According to press release, District Sports Officer, Mohd Ayaz Khan said that youth from different blocks actively participated in the meet, the main objective for organizing the programme was to popularize and promote sports activities among the youths in the rural areas and also to select youths who excel in various sports activities who would be trained to participate in bigger events of the district and state level. He informed that the meet is the first of its kind in the area and the same would be organized in other parts of the district or state, Thakur M. Nasir Khan National Award would make celebrate arrangements for the events. |
