Rajouri, Feb 12 : Hundreds of Rehber-e-Taleem teachers under the leadership of its president held a mass protest demonstration before the office of Chief Education Officer in favor of their long pending demands and release of pending salaries. Being a part of State wide protest by the ReT teacher's associations, the protest demonstration was led by Manzoor Khan and Naresh Sharma, president and chief spokesman of All J&K ReT Teachers Forum, Rajouri.
ReT teachers have been demanding regularizations of KGBA teachers and completion of files those who have completed 5 years in the service, release of last few months salaries of the teachers working under Sarav Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA).
Manzoor Khan, Naresh Sharma and Shabir Choudhry, State Secretary Mobile Teacher's Association while addressing the ReT teachers condemned the casual approach of the State Government towards their genuine demands and said that teachers will be forced to launch an agitation if their demands are not conceded soon. |
