Jammu, Feb 20 : In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Smile Social Youth Club through its President Matloob Saleem Qureshi raising an important issue of facilities in the State for organ transplant, A Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Chief Justice N. Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat of J&K High Court observed that status report has been filed by the Principal Govt Medical Colleges Jammu and Srinagar which reveals that consolidated proposal has already been sent to Govt and the matter is being pending Planning Dept and state counsel seeks time to file progress report. Upon this Division Bench granted four weeks time to file progress report. (JNF)
