Court framed charges against three Divya Murder case 2/20/2015 11:18:15 PM Jammu, Feb 20 : In the much publicized and suspicious death of Divya Manhas at Channi Himmat in which police had filed challan u/s 304 RPC, 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu MK Sharma framed charges u/s 302 against Vikram Manhas, Rabil Sharma, Yasjeet Singh. According to the facts of the case, one Divya Manhas died on October 9, 2014 due to dactyl morphine (heroine) poisoning and she was a drug addict but later had got rid of her addition to drugs. The accused who are drug peddlers used to supply drugs to various drugs customers including the deceased, because of de-addiction of deceased, the accused had not only lost a customer but were apprehending their exposure at the hands of deceased and in furtherance of conspiracy accused injected heavy dose of heroin in the body of deceased, as a result which she died.
