Government orders transfers and postings in civil admn 3/16/2015 9:59:41 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 16: Government today ordered transfers and postings in civil administration. As per order number 374-GAD of 2015, Kishore Singh Chib, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister's Secretariat. Raj Kumar Katoch, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Department. Ajay Kumar, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, vice Raj Kumar Katoch.
