LBSC organizes one day conference 3/16/2015 10:58:02 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Mar 16: Lal Bahadur Shastri College of Education Rajbagh today organized a one day conference on hate violence under the aegis of Gandhi Global Family J&K state today. According to press release, Padmashri S.P Verma President Gandhi Global Family J&K state was the Chief Guest. Abdul Majeed Bichoo, Showkat Ashai and Mohan Lal Verma were guest of honour. The conference started by lightening of traditional lamp by the chief guest. The students of the college presented the Saraswati Vandhana, Brij Kohli, vice principal the college welcomed the guests and participants. In her welcome address she said that it is a matter of great satisfaction that guests as well as students have come over here despite the heavy rainfall. Students from the various colleges participated in the conference Padmashree S.P Verma Chief Guest of the function said that the main object of this conference was to aware the society/youth about adverse consequences of the violence. Since by violence no one can achieve its Goal so, we have to hate the violence since by violence no one can achieve its goal so we have to hate the violence like a sin, message of which is given by all religions. If one is strict to his religion he can never shake hand with violence and will not encourage in the masses. The college management and the staff members through their students gave a broad message for the society of J&K in general and particularly in kathua district. It was decided that such type of program, conferences, Seminar, Workshop and likewise actions will be initiated through the medium of LBS college of Education Rajbagh in every nook and corner of kathua district to promote brotherhood communal harmony and to initiate peaceful action by way motivating the other likeminded institutions through the students who stood 1st,2nd and 3rd for their excellent performance in the conference making them as brand ambassadors. Vig Vishal Sharma, GDC Kathua, Manga Ram, LBS College Rajbagh and Nippun Sharma GDC kathua and Atika Sharma GDC Kathie and Ankita Of LBS who stood 1st,2nd and 3rd respectively.
