Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 3: 3rd Additional Munsiff Jammu directed incharge Police Station Domana to lodge FIR against ten accused in a land dispute case. As per petition, complainant namely Kirpal Singh S/o Billo Ram R/o Raipur Domana, Jammu has filed complaint under section 56 (3) of Cr.P.C seeking direction to lncharge Police Station Domana, Jammu for lodging the FIR and investigate the matter/complaint. counsel for petitioner submitted that complaint has sought direction under section 156 (3) CrPC to the incharge Police Station Domana, Jammu for lodging the FIR against accused namely Baldev Singh s/o Vaari Ram, Ramesh Smgh s/o Thoru Rani, Tehok s/o T. Haram, Nonu s/o Tilla Ram, Tilak Raj s/o Gian Chand, Vaari Ram s/o Dharam Chand, Bachno Devi d/o Teja Ram, Sheelo d/o Teja Ram, Gushi Chand s/o Gian Chand and Laba s/o Gian Chand, all residents of Village Raipur Domana, Mohra Dhaku Chakof Jammu district under sections 323, 341, 452, 506 and 120-B RPC and to investigate the matter. Petitioner has submitted that the he is owner in possession of the land measuring 3 kanals 18 marlas falling under khasra no. 615 min, Khata No. 29 situated at Raipur, Domana, Jammu. The complainant maintained that he had purchased the abovementioned land from one Gari Devi Wd/o Hajara Singh R/o Bantalab Jammu and in this regard two sale deeds were registered before Sub-Registrar Jammu in the year 2009. The complainant started construction work of boundary wall in the said land on 24/01/2016 but on 28/01/2016 the aforementioned accused persons along with some other unidentified persons came on spot and started abusing and threatened the complainant that he should stop the construction work or-they will eliminate the complainant. When complainant did not pay any heeds the accused along with some unidentified entered into the land of the complainant and broke the boundary wall constructed by the complainant and beat the labourers resulting serious injuries to one labourer namely Uttam Singh. It was submitted to court that complainant went to the Police Station Domana to lodge an FIR in this regard but the lncharge Police Station did not pay any attention to the same. |
