Educational tour flagged off 8/21/2013 11:14:36 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 21: An educational-cum-motivational tour comprising 23 young students and two teachers hailing from Jammu city was flagged off from Jammu today. According to press release, in the nine days tour organized by Army, the members will visit Amritsar, Chandigarh and Kurukshetra, as part of the ongoing 'Op Sadbhavana'.
