Women tie Rakhi to BSF personnel serving on border

Kathua, Aug 21: Hundreds of women under the ageists of Border Kalyan Samiti (BKS) today celebrated Raksha Bandan with BSF personnel serving at Border by tying Rakhi on their wrists at International Border of Tehsil Hiranagar.
The main objective was to make the every BSF personnel to feel that they are not out of their homes and their sisters are tying the "Rakhi" on their wrists so that they would get encouraged morally and physically during facing the challenges from Pakistan. The spokespersons of the Border Kalyan Samiti Bharat Bushan said that the hundreds of women from the Border areas of the Hiranagar celebrated the Rakshbandhan festival with the BSF personnel who have been doing their duty actively for the protection of our country and to counter the every nefarious designs and plans of the neighboring country Pakistan.
