Doda, Aug 20 : A Hindu women from Kishtwar is regularly tying Rakhi on the wrist of Dr. Mohd Iqbal Zargar (Rtd. CMO) from last 20 years. One hand there is communal disturbance in Kishtwar within the two communities and in the other hand Smt Ladoo Devi is reguraly tying RAKHI to Dr. Zargar and even toady on the eve of Raksha Bandhan both was present to celebrate the occasion.
On the eve Dr Zargar and Smt Ladoo in a collective message tells that they will maintain their relation of Brother and Sister till last breadth and also gave a message to the both communities of the Kishtwar to remain in peace and brotherhood. |
