Youth held with Charas 8/22/2013 12:40:42 AM Et Report Jammu, Aug 21: Police have arrested one narcotic smuggler in Gandhinagar locality alongwith contraband weighing 200 gram from his possession, police said. As per police reports, following a specific input, a team from Gandhi Nagar Police Station laid a naka at Shiv Nagar and intercepted a pedestrian who failed to give satisfactorily replies to police queries. Police during his personal frisking recovered 'charas' weighing 200 gram from his possession. The accused has been identified namely as Raju S/O Tirath Ram R/O Ajbagh Colony Lucknow A/P Gangyal.
