Jammu, Sept 4: A meeting of Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) was held under its President S Kulwant Singh. While addressing the meeting, Singh and Shahid Hussain showed their anguish over the 'anti-employees and anti-workers' attitude of the govenment. "The government is back tracking from the written agreement signed between the JCC leadership and government representative on 15 September 2011," they alleged. The employees are demanding removal of pay anomalies of different cadres, government should declare the policy for regularization of daily rated workers who have completed seven years of service after 1994, should settle the grievances of public sector employees, Rehbar-e-Taleem, Anganwari Workers, regulation of promotion of different cadre and also implement the DA order in favour PSU employees and enhancement of retirement age from 58 Years to 60 years They appealed to all sections of employees, union, associations, federation to remain united and make three days strike on a grand success on September 9, 10 and 11.
