Jammu, Sept 4: Bhartiya Kissan Sangh (BKS) alleged that all centre sponsored schemes are only on papers thereby befooling the common masses in a meeting held under the leadership of its chief patron KK Proch.
While addressing the meeting KK Proch said that the centrally sponsored scheme like national food security mission Rashitya Krishi Vikas Yojana, National Mission Horticulture, command Area development, National Vegetable Initiative and Agriculture technology management have least impact on ground level as40% the allocation remained unspent.
"There is no interaction in between the farmers and agriculture , and allied department as they do not felt to aware the farmers about centrally sponsored scheme because of the reason, they want to favour their blue eyed farmers and to some extent they are not farmer" said Proch. |
