Judicial Magistrate issues summon to AEE M&RE 9/10/2013 11:12:52 PM Bhaderwah, Sept 10: Judicial Magistrate, Bhaderwah Kamlesh Pandita took the cognizance in a complaint filed by Advocate J S Jamwal U/Ss 352 and 506 of Ranbir Penal Code against the accused namely Daulat Ram presently posted as Assistant Executive Engineer M&RE Sub division Bhaderwah , in personnel capacity.
