Jammu, Sept 10 : In a significant judgment of the High Court J&K, the court has directed that the original trustees as per trust deed of March 23, 2007 would manage the property of Durga Nag Trust.
According press release issued by Durga Nag Trust, the state High Court directed that the surviving original Trustees vis Dr OP Razdhan Nakhasi, Prem Lata Bakshi, ML Kachroo and SK Ganjoo were entitled to assume the office of the trust and run its affairs as per the trust deed and the constitution of the trust. |
