Akshay conferred with Rashtrapati Puraskar 9/10/2013 11:17:17 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 10: Akshay Kumar of Lawrence Public School, Jammu was conferred with Rashtrapati Puraskar by President of India, Pranab Mukherjee at a ceremony held in Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi. Akshay Kumar got selected amongst others from J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides after qualifying in eligibility test conducted last year in September at New Delhi.
