POONCH, Sept 10: A two days Skill Development Programme (SDP) for entrepreneurs of Handloom sector organized by State Bank of India Poonch Branch at Handloom Department Training Centre Azamabad (Mandi) concluded today. During the programme, the youth intending to choose their career in Handloom sector participated and their skills were developed, the expenditure of which was borne by SBI. As many as 45 trainees and teachers took part in the programme. Special trainers were called by SBI for imparting training to the trainees, who were motivated to choose their career in Handloom sector. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Manager SBI Sanjay Bhat informed that the Bank is committed to extend any sort of financial assistance for the entrepreneurs. Villagers and participants thanked SBI for organizing a unique type of camp as no such programmes organized by any other Bank in their area. |
