| JDC holds protest | | | early times report Jammu, Sept 26: The activists of Jammu Development Council (JDC) have staged a protest against the state government for its negligence approach towards development works of tourist spot of the Jammu province. Dozens of JDC activists assembled at Chowk Chabutra led by Krishan Lal Abrol shouted slogans against the government for its discrimination approach with the people of Jammu. Addressing the protestors, Abrol alleged, "Mubarak Mandi complex project which was started by the government some years ago is victim of delay tact's of the government. Projects like Bahu-forts, Mohmaya Temple, Peer Kho, artificial lake and others development proposed by the government for development of Jammu city is put in cold storage. He demanded Jammu province be termed as tourist part of the state and brought on the map of tourism of the country on same analogy as that of Kashmir province. He also demanded Jammu province should be developed as Industrial hub.
