| MLA Indu Pawar holds Mahila workers meeting | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 27: Pardesh Mahila Congress under the presidentship of Indu Pawar MLA organized a public meeting at Digiana Park Jammu today.
In her address, Indu Pawar asked Mahila worker to remain united for the welfare and empowerment of women. She said Rahul Gandhi has assured 50% representation to women in legislatures. She said Congress party which is secular party and committed to all without any discrimination on gender basis or Caste or creed or on religion basis.
She said Ambika Soni incharge J&K is a champion of women empowerment as well as strengthening of party in the state.
Pawar elaborated the problems of border areas people (From RS Pura to Pargwal and Kana Chak) being faced by them due to unprovoked firing and violation of ceasefire. She said Chief Minister and Ministers are regularly visiting the affected people. |
