| JK-BOSE misled Court, state in PIL related to ETT case | | | ET Report Srinagar, Oct 27: As per BOSE version, there were only 211 ETT colleges in existence and out of those 160 had not applied for NOC renewal whereas remaining 51 is eligible for the course. Misquoting of Bose was fully exposed when a supplementary list of 35 ETT colleges was uploaded at its website yesterday i.e. 26th. October, 2013 morning with a total of 86. Deep Singh the president of "Jammu Pvt Schools & ETT Institutes Association (Progressive)" while commenting on the recent media reports published in news papers in context of certain Bose clarifications based findings of state high court at Srinagar in a PIL against the functioning of state ETT colleges, blamed the tainted top officials of Bose for misleading the court over the sensitive issue while trying to project their innocent face.One feels stunned over the daring attempts of tainted Bose officials who just have mislead the Court by giving wrong facts during the hearing of PIL, Deep Singh alleged. As per Bose version, there were only 211 ETT colleges in existence and out of those 160 had not applied for NOC renewal whereas remaining 51 are eligible for the course whereas, misquoting rather a white lie of Bose was fully exposed when a supplementary list of 35 ETT colleges was uploaded at its website yesterday i.e. 26th. October, 2013 morning with a total of 86, he further alleged. Such Bose sponsored shady developments on the part of administrative department is being seen as alarming, he further alleged.It is pertinent to mention here that during the year 2003-05, more than 450 NOCs in Jammu Division and more than 80 in Kashmir Division were issued by the state government to different institutions for running the 2 years ETT course of JK- School Board but neither the administrative department nor the Bose was ever found serious for its meaningful monitoring, Deep Singh alleged. The institutions having faith in a credible working were always aggrieved of foul plays displayed by authorities, he further alleged. Such intentionally created uncertainties of authorities are in fact responsible for a constant demoralization among the stakeholders, he added.It is an unfortunate trend of our so-called democracy where authorities of even in education field those intentionally promote the illegalities at first step and motivated/corrupt curbing tactics at second step, Deep Singh expressed while concluding. |
