| CAPD restores kerosene supply | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 27: After launching strong protest against CAPD by Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) for not providing kerosene to the people on festive season, CAPD today restored kerosene supply. Speaking on the occasion, president JWAM Sunil Dimple said after the detailed discussions with the Director CAPD Gandharv Singh Chib, kerosene supply restored today before the completion of the ultimatum time of 24 hours given to the CAPD, food and supply department. Dimple demanded the enhancement of kerosene oil on per ration card to 30 litters per month to each family. Hitting the working of the CAPD Director Jammu failure Dimple said the Director CAPD office has badly failed and recently gave a big blow by increasing the prices of the milk curd, cheese and failure to check the prices of the vegetables and other item rates have gone behind the reach of the common man. Dimple demanded the director to arrest the culprits of CAPD & FCI who were supplying unhygienic ration to the people of the State and Jammu and large scales bungling in the CAPD directorate of Jammu region. |
