Painting competition held

Jammu, Oct 27: In order to promote talent and Bhagavaan consciousness among children, Bhagavaan Gopinathji Trust organized a children art competition at Bhagavaan Gopinathji Ashram, Udaiwala, Bohri, Jammu today.
Santosh Tikoo acted as the judge on the occasion.. He appreciated the efforts put in by the Trust to promote the talent and Bhagavaan consciousness in the youth. M. K. Tikoo while welcoming the young children and their parents lauded the role and involvement of common masses especially the children to disseminate the message of Bhagavaan consciousness through art and creativity.
Around 60 children participated in the competition.
Certificates and trophies were given to those who secured first, second and third position and all other participants were given participation certificates.
The participants who bagged 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize in category (nursery to 2nd standard) were Naresh, Jiya Bhat and Harish respectively and those who bagged 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize in the category (3rd and 4th standard) were Dinesh Kumar, Sourav and Rupa Kumari respectively. A light refreshment was served to all in the end.
